01What types of events do you handle?
Corporate conferences, product launches, galas, exhibitions, weddings, festivals and government functions — from intimate gatherings to large-scale productions.
02Do you provide equipment only, or full event management?
Both. Hire individual services like tents, staging, sound or furniture, or hand us the entire event — concept, production and on-site management, end to end.
03Which areas do you serve?
We are based in Ruaraka, Nairobi, and deliver events across Kenya and the wider East African region.
04How far in advance should we book?
For large productions we recommend 4–8 weeks. Smaller setups can often be arranged within days — contact us and we will confirm availability immediately.
05Can you work within our budget?
Yes. Every quote is tailored — share your vision and budget, and we will engineer a solution that delivers maximum impact for your spend.
06Do you handle power, sanitation and logistics?
Absolutely. Power solutions, portable washrooms, sanitation, transport and site logistics are all part of our in-house capability.
